2005, 270 p. Boris V. Nosov, Lyudmila P. Marney, Institute of Slavic Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences The regional policy of the Russian Empire in the first half of the 19th century: The Kingdom of Poland (1815-1830) The article is devoted to the problems of the regional policy of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 19th century discussed in the latest Russian historiography, to the peculiarities of the state-legal status and administrative practice of the Kingdom of Poland. It was the time when basic principles and a special structure of management at the outlying regions of the empire were developed, and when special (historical, national, and cultural) regions were formed on the periphery of the Empire. The policy of the Russian government in relation to the Kingdom of Poland depended both on the fundamental trends in the international relations in Central and Eastern Europe (as reflected in international treaties), as well as on the internal political development of the empire, and the peculiarities of political, legal, social, economic, cultural processes in the Kingdom and on Polish lands in Austria and Prussia. All these aspects have an impact on the debate that historians and legal experts are conducting on the state and legal status of parts of the lands of the former Principality of Warsaw that were included in the Russian Empire in 1815 by the decision of the Congress of Vienna. The fundamental political principles of the Russian Empire in the Kingdom of Poland in the first half of the 19th century were a combination of autocracy (with individual elements of enlightened absolutism), based on centralized bureaucratic control, and relatively decentralized political, administrative and estate structures, which assumed the presence of local self-government. E-mail: [email protected] F. M. Takazov The motif of a girl turning into a man in the Ossetian folklore: a typological analysis Abstract. The article examines the motif of a girls' transformation into a man, which is widespread in world folklore. The main plot of the motif under consideration, having distinctive features in national variants, has similar features: a girl is forced to impersonate a man, performs various feats, gains fame, imposes a condition on her/him to marry, which, in the end, she/he fulfills, turning into a man. In the details, of course, the national versions of the plot line up in accordance with local folklore traditions. The motif a girl turning into a man is found both in fairy tales and in epic works. The study is based on the fairy tale How a girl turned into a youth and the epic work Daughter of Albeg Alyty from the Ossetian folklore. The plots under consideration, although they retain the general scheme of the world typological motif, differ in details. Thus, in the fairy tale How a Girl Turned into a Young Man, the heroine's adventures begin with the fact that she goes in search of her missing father and brother. In the epic legend about the sleds Daughter of Albeg Alyty, the heroine's adventures, according to one version, begin with the fact that the sleds decided to choose their own leader, for which one man from each Nart clan had to come to the meeting. Since Albeg Alyty has no heir left, his only daughter comes to the meeting, dressed in a man's dress. According to other versions, the Nart Sozyryko, hoping to eradicate the entire clan of Albeg Alyty, demanded that each clan send one representative to the Nart lists. Albeg's daughter accepts the challenge by dressing up in men's clothing. In general, both fabulous and epic stories with the dressing up and transformation of the hero into a man retain the traditional structure of the considered world motif. on the basis of a semiotic analysis of the motif for the transformation of the heroine of the Nart epic of Ossetians into a man, the author of the article comes to the conclusion about the initiatory nature of the subject under consideration. All national plots contain all the features characteristic of initiation narrative texts. The author concludes that the transformation of a girl into a man at the end of initiation is an allegory. In fact, the motif under consideration refers to age-related initiations:. This article analyzes the spiritual and creative content of the poet Vera Pavlova and the publisher Igor Zakharov's artistic project - the book of lyrics The Intimate Diary of an Excellent Student (2001). The text grew out of the last segment of Pavlova's book The Fourth Dream (2000), which was perceived as a mystification game. The aim of the project is to confirm the authenticity of authorship and reveal the spiritual and soulful sources of the poetic gift, the living foundations of ethics, aesthetics and philosophy of existence. The book has a foreword "From the Author", in which the genuine sincerity of Pavlova's lyrics is claimed to be a continuation of Vera Desyatova's childhood diary -a self-reflection of a maturing soul and body. The book can be viewed as an author's credo, because the shocking candidness of Pavlova's lyrics was justified as a child of love and music, of an openness to the world and a steadfast adherence to the ideal of perfection. The article analyzes the composition of the diary, shows the genesis of a number of texts (from the first books The Heavenly Animal (1997) and The Second Language (1998)), and the difference between the 2000 and 2001 editions. The significance of the love lyrics for the poetry of the 1990s is shown in the context of the postmodern revocation of taboo and in the context of physical emancipation. The comparison with Irina Ermakova shows how playing with classical forms turns erotic lyrics into an elevated poetry, but

В исследовании ЭССЕ-1 были показаны значимые территориальные различия в эпидемиологи АГ в РФ, что делает актуальным in the survey, considering the size of our country and the existing climate, economic, social and other differences between the country's subjects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of arterial hypertension, the awareness of patients about the presence of the disease, the intake of antihypertensive drugs and treatment efficacy in patients of 25-64 years old, surveyed in 4 regions of the Russian Federation. Material and methods The survey included a representative sample of the population of 4 regions of the Russian Federation, examined in 2017 as the part of the ECVD-2 study - men (n=3000) and women (n=3714) 25-64 years old living in the Krasnodar region, Omsk and Ryazan regions, the Republic of Karelia. We used a systematic stratified multistage random sampling, formed according to the Kish method on a territorial basis in medical institutions. The formation features were described in detail earlier [14,15]. The response in the study was about 80%. The study was approved by the Independent Ethics Committee of the "National Medical Research Center for Preventive Medicine" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Each participant expressed informed consent to the study in writing. All participants of the study were pre-trained in the methods of completing the questionnaire and carrying out all measurements. For research purposes, the identical sets of tools were provided to all participating regions. All patients were interviewed on a single standard modular questionnaire, based on adapted international techniques. The analysis included: a region of residence; a type of settlement: urban or rural settlement type (city/rural area); age groups (25-34, 35-54, 45-54 and 55-64 years); level of education (under secondary education, secondary and higher education); economic living conditions, behavioral habits, medical history data. Information about hypertension included the subject's awareness of the presence of the disease, awareness of the level of blood pressure, information about the antihypertensive drugs intake. Blood pressure was measured in a sitting position, on the right arm with an Omron automatic tonometer after a 5-minute rest. The BP level was measured twice with an interval of about 2-3 minutes. The analysis took into account the average of two measurements. Arterial hypertension was detected at SBP level >140 mmHg and/or DBP >90 mmHg, or if the subjects used antihypertensive drugs. The treatment efficacy was understood as the proportion of individuals (%) who reached the target BP values among those receiving antihypertensive drugs. The control was understood as the proportion вовлечение в обследование большего количества регионов-участников с учетом размеров. (the chronicles, the tax and population census records, the parish registers, etc.) the folklore provides an insider's view. However, the folklore is not devoid of its own historicism as well, particularly when describing important events, and, in that sense, it plays the role of a folklore history (or "ethno-history"). In other words, the folklore offers a characterization of events and phenomena in projections and interpretations of the people themselves. The Ugrian (the Khanty and the Mansi) and the Samody (the Nenets) folklore offer rich material in terms of the study of elites and, first of all, for the study of power and leadership phenomena. Comparison of the folklore representations of the Ob Ugrians and the Samody leaders revealed both the similarities and the differences. The similarities involved the mention of the military and the religious functions of the leaders as the main ones, their perception as the personification of the people (in the folklore there is no mention of any "interests of the people"). There are certain differences in the style of leadership - the stability in the Ugrian groups and the contextuality in the Nenets societies. In the Ugrian model the urt concentrated all power functions in one person; in the Nenets one they were distributed among the leaders called erv, teta, serm"'bertya. In both models the most important leadership function were the war and the defense of their settlements (the Urgians) and migration territories (the Nenets); at the same time the most frequent motivation for conflicts and military campaigns was a "bride quest" (in the Nenets model this was complemented by the seizure of the strangers' herds and protection of their own). In terms of the leadership traditions the Ugrians tended more towards the elitism, while the Nenets - towards the egalitarianism; the Ugrians - towards stability, and

Pavlova's straightforward bodily language is different from the refined and simple metaphors of the Japanese tanka in a conscious equating of the voice of the flesh and the voice of the beauty. The lyrical "I" of the diary's heroine is constructed as a sensitive, spontaneous and willful consciousness that overcomes the tragic trials of the age specific and historical growing-up. The diary form is seen as a literature game for the text's authenticity, the model of lyrical sincerity is a self-reflection of womanhood. The poet perceives womanhood as a self-fulfillment in love and as an affirmation of the spiritual and corporeal wholeness of the "self" in the experiencing of Eros. The distinctive feature of Pavlova's lyricism is defined as an emanation of the cheerful sense of life. The ethics and aesthetics of an absolute freedom follow the immorality of the Silver Age (Ivan Bunin's Light Breathing) by translating the spiritual energy of the creative vitality. The type of Pavlova's creative consciousness is defined as poetical artistry. The creative features correspond to the way of thinking, acting; the form of poet's rhetoric is easiness, perfectionism, freedom of expression, a comical experience of her own gift and a generous suggestion of the aesthetic sensitivity, when the aesthetics of the perfection of the content and form opposes the "vulgarity of the postmodern".
